Individual parcels of Merlot and Tempranillo grown in the Gimblett Gravels Vineyard are carefully selected for freshness and balance. Hand harvested, then gently pressed for careful colour and flavour extraction before a slow fermentation in old French oak barrels. Pale salmon with a copper rim. Summer red berry aromatics, nougat and a hint of fresh lavender. Finely structured on the palate with a soft fruit profile and a refreshing, dry finish.
