The Gosset house was established in 1584 by Pierre Gosset. It's the oldest Champagne house still in production today and produces a relatively small amount of wine given its global stature. Noted for its attention to quality even at scale, Gosset works with some 200+ growers across 70 different villages in the region.
The Blanc de Blanc hails from vineyards across the villages of Avize, Cramant, Chouilly, Villers-Marmery, Trepail. It sees a minimum of three years on lees, with elegance and finesse being the focus of this cuveé.
It's a lovely aperitif style, light, crisp but with persistence of flavour.
