This wine has a gorgeous nose of lime and citrus. The dry palate shows attractive notes of white flowers. Best paired with fish, white meat served with rich sauces, roasts, mushrooms, risotto, and Baeckeoffe (Alsace potato speciality).
Metz has been an important winery in Alsace since being established in 1904. Based at the start of the picturesque wine circuit in the village of Marlenheim, only a short drive west from Strasbourg international airport, they draw fruit from as far south as Colmar.
